Aluminium or Timber Covers to Protect and Hide A/C units

An Air Conditioner Cover Custom made to a size to suit your exact needs, our air con covers or screens are a great way to protect and hide your a/c unit.

Air conditioners can be covered with either a box or a screen – the choice is yours. Click here to see some examples in our gallery. You can have it any size or shape you want, we make your cover to suit you.

To allow for good air flow, we make our air conditioner covers and screens with open slats on both the sides and front. (and the lid too if you wish)

  • 65mm Slats (either Hardwood or Alumiium) with 20mm Spacing
  • Individually designed to suit your system
  • Stainless steel screws and struts where used

  • We ship flat-packed (just like Ikea!)
  • Takes all of about 5 minutes to assemble

Need us to Install your Air Conditioner Cover?

   No problem. We install most of the air conditioner covers we build (although it’s really easy to do it yourself if you want to.)

   Talk to us when you order and we can make a time that suits you.
   (again, depends where you live of course…Sunny Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast is fine, ask us about other places)

5 year Warranty

   All of our aluminium covers and screens come with a full 5 year warranty on all materials and workmanship.

   If you want a Hardwood Timber cover or screen, these all come with a 12 month warranty or 2 years if we Stain it for you. (Becasue we protect it with 3 coats of Wattyl Solarguard Stain.)
