Terms and Conditions of supply

General

Australian Pool Filter Covers manufactures custom fitted Timber or Aluminium Structures to cover and
protect pool filter equipment as well as outdoor accessories such as storage seats, air conditioner covers and rubbish bin covers.

Information collection:

We collect the following contact information from you:

  • Name
  • Address for delivery
  • Phone number
  • Email address

This information is used sole for the purpose of contacting you in relation to your request for our products and services
and for our delivery to you of those products and services.
Upon completion and delivery of any products our only use of your contact information is to follow up with you to make sure
you are happy with what we have provided.
We do not supply any of your information to any other party.

Payment information collection:

Credit card details are recorded solely for the purpose of processing payments and no card details are kept or stored.
We use Bendigo Bank as our card services provider.

Payments Due:

Because all of our covers are custom made, we require full payment before we begin construction.
If you have indicated that you intend to pay by card, we will contact you a day or so before starting your job to obtain your card payment.
Generally all covers are completed within 5 to 7 days however if we need to send your job to our powder coaters their
turnaround time usually adds 7 to 10 days to this timetable.
We will always keep you informed about the progress of your job both through our factory and at the powder coaters.

Cancellation Policy:

Because all of our covers are custom made, once we have started a job, it cannot be cancelled or altered.
If you are in any way unhappy with our completed product, we will do our utmost to rectify any faults until you are satisfied.
If you are still unsatisfied you have full recourse to both state and Australian Consumer Law.
